Whether your campus’s recruitment is fully or partially structured or you’re engaging in a continuous recruitment effort, whether you are recruiting virtually or in-person—the core purpose of recruitment will never change. Recruitment is about connecting in meaningful and powerful ways with other women and inviting them into our sisterhood.

As a chapter, it is important to have a deliberate strategy for growth that is consistent and implemented over time. As a member of the Growth Team, you are expected to set clear expectations for a strong and healthy growth culture for your chapter Sisters. Recruitment is about showing our Alpha Sigma Tau pride and sharing this life-changing experience with as many qualified women as possible, thus ensuring the long-term success of the Sorority.
