Introduction to Alpha Sigma Tau Growth Culture and Expectations
First and foremost, recruitment is about relationships. That foundational understanding doesn’t change when the format of recruitment does. Whether your campus’s recruitment is fully or partially structured or you’re engaging in a continuous recruitment effort, whether you are recruiting virtually or in-person—the core purpose of recruitment will never change. Recruitment is about connecting in meaningful and powerful ways with other women and inviting them into our sisterhood.
As a chapter, it is important to have a deliberate strategy for growth that is consistent and implemented over time. As a member of your chapter, you are expected to help create a strong and healthy growth culture with your chapter Sisters. Recruitment is about showing our Alpha Sigma Tau pride and sharing this life-changing experience with as many qualified women as possible, thus ensuring the long-term success of the Sorority.
In these courses you will practice asking questions, sharing your Alpha Sigma Tau story, communicating membership expectations, building relationships, and more!
