The Alpha Sigma Tau collegiate experience is intended to be enjoyable, safe, and enriching. Advisors play a key role in helping the chapter establish and maintain this positive chapter culture. In Part 1 you'll learn about some of the characteristics of an enriching collegiate chapter experience. You'll also learn about best practices, like encouraging community engagement and sisterly interactions, to help the chapter leaders create and foster this meaningful membership experience.
